Brothers and sisters of Rolling Hills Moravian Church:

Since the wider Moravian community will be engaging in Holy Week reading, it is suggested that we join with our brothers and sisters in these services which will begin at 8:00 nightly with the exception of Thursday night when we will have our own service.

According to reports from the World Health Organization (WHO) and our local authorities, avoiding social gatherings along with the practicing of proper hygiene are ways to mitigate the spread of COVID-19 coronavirus.

In keeping with the latest recommendations, and out of an abundance of caution for the health of our larger community, the decision has been made to suspend community worship effective Sunday, March 15-29/2020.

The Florida Department of Health and Human Services reports that avoiding large gatherings can slow the spread of the virus. Slowing the rate of infection gives our health institutions a better chance to respond appropriately and helps to ensure that health support will be available for those who are most vulnerable.

If there are any changes, we will notify the congregation via the appropriate medium.

Let us not be afraid, but rather take comfort knowing that the presence and peace of Almighty God are with us; and that our faith in God will bring us on.

Stay safe, be fervent in prayer, and continue to trust in God's ability to see us through.
